When your order leaves the workshop

• In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 working days.
• Made-to-order and personalised pieces take 2–4 weeks before they ship.
• Custom commissions follow the timeline we agree with you: about 2 weeks for Essentials, 3–4 weeks for Signature and 6–8 weeks for Heirloom.

Cost and delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 working days depending on where you are. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States (prices in US dollars) and the United Kingdom (prices in pounds sterling). Choose your country at the top of the collection to see prices in your currency.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country when they arrive. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking stops moving for more than 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@tanbarks.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
